Katie Lyons at The- Give- Away Blog has written up a great review and is offering a major give away of SEVEN (7) Skin Free Spa Scrub Kits! The Skin Free Spa Scrub Kit includes our all natural Skin Free Extra Moisturizing Liquid Soap and our Skin Free Sweet and Smooth Sugar Scrub!
I love the Spa Scrub Kit in the warm weather because it gently exfoliates dry skin and makes you sparkling clean to bare skin hidden away in winter. Nobody wants to greet the Spring with alligator skin! Exfoliating dry rough skin also helps with itching and gives you a radiant glow.
You can purchase the Spa Scrub Kit on the Skin Free Website OR you can visit Katie's blog and get some free stuff!!
The creator of Skin Free Skin Care, pharmacist Julie Hilton, has over 30 years experience in pharmacy, compounding and natural skin care formulation. This blog will answer many of the questions that Julie is asked on a regular basis about Skin Free, natural skin care and skin care in general.

Skin Free Skincare at Walgreens
April 17th was the first official day that Walgreens stores would start putting Skin Free Skincare on their shelves. Those in the know tell me that in reality, the products may not make the shelves until May 1 and not all the stores listed on our website will be carrying the products until they see a demand.
That means you can be a big help in enlisting Walgreens stores to carry the product.
How?
1) Visit our website and check out the locations near you.
2) Visit your local Walgreens and mention the products you are looking for to the Health and Beauty Advisor or the Store Manager. Walgreens will be carrying the Skin Free Super Moisture Body Balm, the Skin Free After Shower Spritz, and the Extra Moisturizing Soap and Shampoo Bar.
3) If the HBA and the Store Mgr haven't heard about the products, they may not have had the products automatically sent out. They still have the option to order them, so please let them know that you would like the products carried in their store.
This will be a big help for Skin Free and for Walgreens to determine where the demand for product exists. In today's economy, nobody wants to waste time, effort or money! Thanks everyone for your assistance. And remember--you can call the store and not waste gas to get the same effect!!!
All the very best, Julie

Gena is a great mom with dry skin and four beautiful children with sensitive skin. She's one of the moms from momdot.com who have offer to try my products and send out some honest, family tested reviews.
What I like about Gena's approach is that she tested the product over time to make sure that it really worked for her and the kids! Very smart approach.
As you can imagine, the Morris' are hooked on Skin Free Skincare and will be steady customers after this.
Please visit Gena's blog to see what she has to say! Thanks! Julie

UNITE FOR HUNGER AND HOPE
One of my most favorite charities is Heifer.org. They came up with the most awesome idea of helping people to help themselves. Instead of giving silly or meaningless gifts for holidays or special occasions, you can actually buy a needy family a goat, a llama, or even a water buffalo!
This year for Earth Day they are asking all bloggers to unite and write a post about world hunger. As a typically overweight American, I feel especially inclined to do this. Many people are even going to fast on April 29th to know what it's like to go without food.
Heifer has even got a plan for you to see how you can help for every day in April Please visit this link to help pass on the gift of food and hope. Sign up to join Heifer and be a better person today.

WHAT MOMMIES NEED is Having A Skin Free Giveaway!
My girl, Renee of What Mommies Need fame has just reviewed our Skin Free Eczema Relief Kit. http://www.whatmommiesneed.com She tried our products on her son's eczema and really liked them. That's what we like to hear. Why don't you visit Renee's Blog and see if you can win some free Skin Free?
I don't think babies should be gulping down a rocket fuel ingredient -- do you? But I just learned from Environmental Working Group that when you mix infant formula that contains perchlorate (a rocket fuel ingredient than can interfere with infant brain development) with water that's also contaminated with perchlorate, you put rocket fuel on baby's menu.
We need the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), which regulates the nation's water quality, to set a permanent and stringent safe drinking water standard for perchlorate.
I just sent an email to newly-appointed EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson to make that a reality: http://link
Why now?
1) New risk for babies
A new report by scientists at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) found perchlorate contamination in 15 brands of powdered infant formula.
2) It is in our drinking water
Perchlorate pollution has also been found in the drinking water of 28 states and territories. (Check out Environmental Working Group's tap water quality database to see if yours is one:www.ewg.org/tapwater/yourwater/index.php
3) This is the moment.
During her Senate confirmation hearing, EPA head Lisa Jackson promised to act "immediately" to reduce perchlorate contamination in drinking water to protect children and pregnant women.
Please join me in calling on EPA Administrator Jackson to make good her pledge. Send her an email today asking to keep perchlorate at safe levels in our drinking water: link
